Au DaiLo, bien manger, c’est bien vivre ! Et ici, la manière de cuisiner reflète clairement la manière d’envisager la vie. Les ingrédients, de grande qualité et minutieusement sélectionnés, mènent à de délicieux repas, et finalement, à de meilleures existences. La nouvelle cuisine asiatique que propose le restaurant se concentre essentiellement sur les produits chinois, tout en suivant la tradition française. Au cœur du menu, vous ressentirez un respect et un amour profonds pour la nourriture, portés par le chef Nick Liu. Ses ancêtres ont dégusté avant lui les recettes avec lesquelles il travaille, pendant des centaines d’années. Les anciens plats de prédilection de cette époque là ont été revisités par le chef Liu, qui y a ajouté sa petite touche personnelle. Ils ont été adaptés à la demande moderne, qui souhaite souvent se nourrir à base d’ingrédients locaux, produits dans le respect d’une agriculture durable.

Le chef et propriétaire Nick Liu mélange les techniques culinaires françaises avec son héritage chinois pour créer des plats amusants tout en mettant en valeur ses talents culinaires. Cet espace branché attire une foule animée pour des soirées qui commencent par un dîner au DaiLo et se terminent au Lopan, le bar à cocktails situé à l'étage.

    Absolutely amazing culinary experience. We tried the chefs menu and each dish was so flavorful and delicious. Great service and ambience.

    We ordered tasting menu with wine pairing the food is very good, wine is perfect. The service is exceptional. We will come back.

    The best! Food and service are over the top amazing. Dailo never waivers in what they deliver. Can’t wait to return. The lobster noodles are currently occupying my dreams.

    Really enjoyed my time dining in with the food being so delicous. The service was attentive, wonderful, and so accommodating. We had been initially seated I'm a small table, and I had asked one of the gentleman around if I could switch to a booth instead as my date had not yet arrived. The booth was unfortunately reserved, and the the adjacent one was also full. We had to wait to see if the group showed up before the other party at the other booth had left. Either way thanks to his effort, although we had already started dining, he graciously moved us and our dinnerware to the booth table. He made sure that it was a smooth transition and helped me sit a cover story to avoid any awkward situation with my date. It was also my date's birthday, and they had surprisingly offered a delicious sweet treat at the end of our mean, candle and all.

    The food overall is quite tasty however there are a number of fishes that are deep fried if you enjoy that type of preparation.

    We absolutely loved our dining experience at DaiLo. The food and service was fantastic! Will definitely be returning! I strongly suggest trying the tasting menu, it was delicious !!

    Second time coming and just blown away by how amazing everything was! From the excellent service to quality ingredients, it was a lovely experience! Can’t wait to make it back again!

    Did the premium tasting menu. First time there. The dumplings are a highlight. The main protein course was REALLY underwhelming and disappointing. Portions were even smaller than you’d expect on a tasting menu. Most courses are 1 bite.
