Au cours des 25 dernières années, Da Bianca Trattoria a gagné une réputation comme étant le restaurant local favori de tous, servant une cuisine italienne authentique. Fondé par Bianca Cangelosi Bavand, Da Bianca Trattoria était un rêve devenu réalité pour la native de Sicile. Leur inspiration et le secret de leur succès est de toujours servir une cuisine simple, en utilisant seulement la fraîcheur des ingrédients - tout comme de la nourriture faite maison. We have been coming here since they opened and love the service food and people. we always try the nightly specials as they are great additions to the regular menu. Last night we ordered a brand new dish they've never had that was just amazing – a veal chop with creamy porcini mushroom sauce. outstanding!!!

Once again we had an OUTSTANDING dinning experience! Everything was on point and while this is a place most locals know and love……. I found it and love it when I come into town.

Da Bianca is our local go to for Italian. They have a variety of pastas in a comfortable setting. The waiters are always attentive and they have so many delicious pastas that’s it’s hard to choose just one. We started with the beef carpaccio and they served their hot garlic bread with it. For dinner we had the pasta rigatoni with sausage, pasta carbonara, and the ravioli. All three plates were delicious! We will be back as this is a family favorite!

Very good Italian food. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is the feeling of being rushed to order.

While the food was good, our experience was soured by the hostess. Our reservation was for 5 pp at 4:30 pm. We arrived promptly. The restaurant was empty. I requested if possible to move two small tables at the booth section (window to the parking). We had eaten at the restaurant before and we had sat at those tables. The hostess curtly informed me that there were only two tables available for my size of party in the center of the room. She would not make any effort to accommodate my request. By 5:45 pm we finished our dinner. The restaurant was partially full and the section where I had requested to be seated was empty. My recommendation...the hostess for that evening should learn to be more hospitable and accommodating. She should be more gracious with diners and learn to smile!
