L'une des plus fières traditions de Seattle est le Pike Place Market, situé juste à côté. While I am a Midwesterner – and not the best judge of seafood quality – I ordered a pound of the king crab legs and they were very nice. Prior to the crab legs, I had an excellent wedge salad, and I finished the meal off with a latte and a very unique carrot cake. The carrot cake was unlike any I've ever had before, and I wouldn't say I was that impressed with the recipe - but it was executed well.

We were visiting Seattle for a concert and wanted seafood on a January Sunday evening. Many of the sit down Seafood restaurants were closed either because of winter, or because of it being Sunday, but there seemed to be less choices than you'd think for a city on the water. We found Cutter's on Yelp and it had good reviews. We had eaten there once before a couple years ago and weren't impressed, but decided to give it another go. I am glad we did. This visit, service was immediate. Our greeting at the door was friendly. Our waiter came over quickly and was friendly and informative. The view after dark over the water and along the shoreline is breathtaking. I had crab stuffed mahi mahi and it was superb!.. We were totally stuffed from dinner and the waiter talked us into some bread pudding. Also glad he did, it was excellent!. Everything about this visit was excellent. Atmosphere, customer service and food were all excellent and we will be back!

One of the best meals I have ever eaten! Everything was excellent and our service was outstanding. James our waiter gave us great suggestions on food and was very accommodating! The view from our table was beautiful!

We went to cutters to celebrate my son’s birthday. they did not have any whole crab, at 6:30pm. Very disappointed!

If you are looking for a quality crab house, go to Cutters! We shared 2 lbs of crab legs, and they were so delicious. Our server, Daniel, was excellent. He never hovered but always had perfect timing when we needed something. The ambiance is perfect. It was quiet and we could enjoy good conversation with our meal. We plan on dining at Cutters again when we return to Seattle. I encourage everyone to dine at Cutters.

Loved it. Everything was perfect for our last meal with our son before he left for California. The table next to us was a little loud, but that couldn't be helped. The service was great and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant has a beautiful view, but unfortunately the rest of the experience doesn't live up to what was expected. Our server was moody (not sure if it he didn't want to be working on NYE or if that's just his demeanor), he answered rudely to several of our questions regarding the menu and never checked in on us after the meals were delivered to our table. It was also not noted on Opentable when making the reservation that this restaurant was only offering an "experience" (aka a pre fix menu), as it did on many of the other restaurants. Not all was bad, the clam chowder and caesar salad appetizers were delicious, as was one of the three dishes ordered (the salmon). My mahi stuffed with crab had a funny taste to it, like it was cooked in dirty oil, and the stuffed crab was nowhere to be found. The vegetables that accompanied the protein were soggy and took away from the dish. The key lime pie was good, as was the flavor on the creme brûlée, however, they didn't caramelize the crusting on the creme brûlée which was a first. To top off the not so great experience, I spent the first hours of the new year extremely ill, possibly related to the mahi mahi as it was the only meal that I ate differently from the others in my group the day prior. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but it unfortunately was the complete opposite.

The appetizer was great but my allergy needs weren't followed through on so I only ate half of my meal. They offered to remake but I didn't like the side that was offered. The king crab was just okay, I make it better at home. The setting and ambience were great though.
