CUT Steakhouse offers a relaxed fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Our menu's main attraction is the dry aged USDA prime beef, aged and butchered in-house by our own exacting specifications. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine or perhaps a popular Steak Ale. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious Porterhouse, Kobe rib-eye or local filet mignon, all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, The Grill at CUT features a fun and funky atmosphere, perfectly paired with a gourmet burger menu with your choice of sophisticated toppings and sides. Take a seat in the large, comfortable bar area overlooking the open kitchen or outside on our beautiful patio overlooking the Halifax waterfront.

The food and service was excellent! The only thing that could have improved the evening would be the seating. The tables are very close together and the bench seating is quite low compared to the table height.

Best steaks in Nova Scotia!! The waitstaff are kind and make you feel welcome. Worth it everytime.

We went for our anniversary and were given a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to start, nice touch. I would say this was my best restaurant experience. Everything was top tier. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. Wine selection was great. Best steak I have ever had. Highly recommend.

We were there to enjoy the dine around. Good value but the dessert was a bit lacking. Strip loin was only ok.

The dine arpund menu was lovely. The shrimp cocktail and tableside ceaser salad excellent, the mash potato with truffle butter phenomenal. The fries were good but next time I would double up on the mashed potatoes. The mushrooms, caramelized onions and glazed carrots very good and the Brussel sprouts outstanding. I don't even like Brussel sprouts but fantastic. The tenderloin and strip loin were both excellent but different. And the petite fours to finish were the perfect ending. And the service was wonderful. Excellent staff.

I will say this is the best special occasion dinner I have ever had in Halifax! The steak was melt in your mouth good and the Brussel sprouts side with a beautiful rich BBQ sauce was even as good 😊 Mike, was our wonderful waiter who provided an excellent experience. Will definitely choose thie location for our treat location again and again! 🥰🙌🤩
