Came here for my birthday dinner last night and it was AMAZING. Our server (I can't remember his name) was fantastic and knowledgeable. He advised us it was the last day of tomato season and so of course we had to get the heirloom tomato appetizer. Incredible flavors that complimented eachother perfectly (as was the case for each dish). For entrees, my sister actually got 2 appetizers (the empanadas and burrata). Both great but the buratta was on another level. My mom got the bass, which was so good and a huge piece, my dad got the duck which was amazingly tender and the sauces complimented it perfectly and I got the scallops, which were a little bit on the sweet side (just not my personal preference) but still incredible. Perfectly seared on the outside and melted in your mouth like butter. Our server barely let the question leave my mouth asking about dessert and he IMMEDIATELY said we had to get the flan. He was so right, it was the silkiest, smoothest flan ever and the crumble on top gave a nice textural and taste element. It's the chefs mom's recipe and does not disappoint! Overall a wonderful experience, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, attentive but not overbearing at all, the space was intimate but not crowded, and even the bathroom was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Thank you customshop for an excellent dinner!

Dinner before the ballet. Food is always excellent. Such unique flavors. Server kind & attentive. Had the flan for dessert - was DIVINE!! Always an enjoyable experience.

Our server was very sweet but didn’t know what a martini was. We tried ordering one twice (the second time explaining what one was) but got gin on the rocks both times. We ordered the beef carpaccio. My husband liked it. I did not. The burrata was good. Could have used more jam. The scallops were amazing. Two different sauces, both fabulous. The ambiance is not as formal as I had thought from the website. More of a neighborhood vibe but well decorated. Noisy and energetic. Not a place for an intimate dinner but rather a group of friends. Overall, worth the trip.

I had not been to Customshop in a few years and had such a great experience there last night. Our waitress, Blaire, was phenomenal and the food was outstanding! We started with the Hamachi Crudo and the Burrata, and had scallops and sea bass as our main dishes. Each dish was complemented with seasonal vegetables and sauces, and the surprise corn crisps on the crudo was such an interesting addition. We will be back very soon!

It was our first time dining at the Custom Shop. We really liked the atmosphere but it is a little noisy. We enjoyed our drinks and our meal. Service was very good.

I have to admit I was a little disappointed in my experience here. The small plates were great, but the main course pasta was a dud and lacked flavor. To spend $150 and still be starving, that’s not worth it to me. My cocktail was about 3 sips and finished. For the price point, I expected a more upscale experience.

Food, service and beverage program are stellar. My only complaint is as Customshop has become trendier it has attracted a few very loud self absorbed customers that makes it sometimes very difficult to have conversations at a normal level at your own table.

Absolutely incredible!!!!! Our waiter, Greg, was phenomenal, so attentive, and made amazing recommendations. The food was over the top. Definitely would go back.
