The food was seriously disappointing all around. No one at our table enjoyed what they ordered. Service was ok not great. The wait for a table was fine but we had a reservation. The complimentary valet was unfortunately the highlight. Wanted so bad to love it. Not at all likely to come back or recommend.

Excellent wait staff, attentive, quick when needed yet professional. Food top notch. This is a robust, lively, active, loud and positive environment during it's peak times. (non peak times are those obviously NOT during meal hours. That said pick your mood. We arrived late recently, were seated promptly without attitude (unavoidable traffic made us over 30 mns late!) and the waitress followed up delightfully. Food came quickly and having Theatre tix were able to pay and promptly move on. As a past restaurant manager, this was of particular note to me. The ability of a business to adapt to each different table is the greatest challenge and strength to a valued restaurant. The Tempe branch of Culinary Dropout did this.

The staff was attentive. The food and drinks were great. They had live music that night and the singer was really good. They also had the volume perfect. You could hear the musician well but still have a conversation at your table.

Pretty disappointed as we all have had great experiences at Culinary Dropouts across Phoenix. We all ordered salads and there was 1 burger at the table and the food took around an hour. The burger came out without fries and every time we ordered a drink it took around 15 minutes. We also made a reservation asking for a high top table and we got a low table in a booth. We still enjoyed ourselves but really bad overall.

We were seated at 5:45 PM and immediately told the server we had theater tickets and needed to be out of the restaurant by 7 PM. We promptly placed our orders in 30 minutes goes by no food 45 minutes goes by where is our food? Eventually, I contacted the manager and somehow our Meals appeared 10 minutes later. We rushed to eat and of course didn’t feel finish our meals because we needed to drive to the theater and park, etc. The service was beyond terrible.

I had lunch there on Wednesday at 2:30. Perfect time as it was not busy or loud. Food was great and the service was efficient! I had stopped in there for dinner the night before without a reservation. I was happy to not get a table as it was SUPER LOUD at 6:15 PM on a Tuesday.

Thank goodness was we made reservations. At 6 on a Monday night the people ahead of was told there was an hour wait! First the place is huge! Service was excellent. We tried the pretzels and cheese fondue at the recommendation of our waiter. It was good and I appreciated the cheese being warmed however it wasn’t anything special but it was a large portion. We finally got our drinks after we eaten about a quarter of the pretzels. I really prefer to get my drink and have a few minutes before my appetizer shows up. I ordered the chicken vacío and Pepe. It was hot and very good. It was very rich. My husband had the chicken salad and enjoyed that as well. The noise level was not too bad but we were there on a Monday.
