Food was great but too overpriced for what they offered. Both the host and the waiter went through a very looooooooong spiel that was too much for my mood and need for quiet. Wouldn't go again. The salmon was very delicious though

The Tomato Bisque was the absolute BEST. The salmon was perfect. The service was great! The noise level (specifically the music) ruined it. We even moved out to the patio where it was slightly better, but actually having a conversation was a challenge. Turning the music down a notch or two would have made a huge difference. But sadly, I won’t be back to find out if anything changes.

We chose to sit outdoors and we enjoyed the weather along with the atmosphere within the restaurant. Misters were on and keeping us cool. Multiple workers always checked in on our table. Food and drinks came out in a reasonable timely matter. Would recommend this location very clean and staff were very friendly.

Everything is always great at Culinary Depot... Except the noise and energy of a Saturday night seem to take over as customers and patrons find themselves yelling over one another at louder and louder volumes. We sat in the back of the dining room; could not even hear the live music. We had to have our server come and crouch between our two chairs to tell us the desserts because we couldn't hear her voice otherwise. I understand it's one of the aesthetics and certain charm of the chain; at the same time there's something about that which detracts from the experience. And I know there's nothing you can do about it. I just thought I would express one man's opinion.

We try our best to ensure that the music is at an enjoyable level while still allowing our guests to be able to have conversations. Keeping the doors closed inside during the summer does not always allow for the noise to travel which results in louder volumes. A friend of mine from Las Vegas recommended this place and it absolutely did not disappoint! The vibe was just right, the service was excellent and the food was spectacular! We started with the pretzels and fondue which was the best decision, I had the salmon, my buddy had the Cacio e Pepe and my other friend had the fried chicken. Every dish was nothing short of perfection! I genuinely look forward to going back here as soon as possible! Love to the staff and the chefs!

The restaurant is very well kept and very nice and clean. The restroom can be very confusing as it’s a communal wash area split with a door opposite end for male and female diners. They offer complimentary valet service to help with parking your vehicle so you don’t have to door side. The environment isn’t upscale but as a new age or “hipster” feel to it, for lack of better words. The staff are very friendly and very attentive and consistently check in with you. We tried the house cessation salad and the fried chicken plate. Small errors were made when requesting meal accommodations but nothing that was ruining it. The fried chicken dried out a little bit in some spots but easily remedied with a dip into some dressing or side condiment or the potatoes. The mashed potatoes we absolutely amazing with bacon in bringing it up to the next level. The biscuit that came with it was the best biscuit not dried out and absolutely moist and buttery. The appetizer was the pretzels and cheese and was amazing. The food itself is in house made with recipes. The ranch dressing tasted like it had pickles in it which isn’t bad but to show how they change it to their style or recipes. The drinks they had looked unique to the restau with their own flare and names. The kitchen and bar staff were visible from the seating tables and very constantly busy but attentive to their surroundings guests and other staff. Management is seen walking and interacting with tables and staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience with minor errors which can be expected to happen. Pricing was very reasonable and decent for what was ordered and the portions you receive. I may return here for another date or hang out.
