Always a beautiful room. It is pricey and the food is decent. It's not the best gourmet restaurant in the valley but the service & ambiance are top notch.

Menu was only a preset menu for the Valentine’s Day and I was not informed of regular menu not available. Very disappointed with the quality of dishes.

Great birthday experience! Had a party of 10 & my fave Duck entree was impeccable as always. Sommelier was helpful too.

Delicious food and servers who know how to manage "fine" dining. I had the filet and my wife had the barramundi special. Both were delicious and portions were so generous we both left with a goodie bag. We will return!

Our waiter was wonderful and others who served were efficient. The food and wine was very good, especially the mushroom soup. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t get in the room we thought we made reservations for, but understand there was an event. We were seated by the kitchen that has glass between us, it was fun to watch them all do their work. Overall it was a great birthday dinner for us. Beautiful restaurant.

Hi Lisa, thank you for the review. The descriptions of all the dining areas is there for information purposes. At the end of each description it clearly states "Subject to availability". We honor all reservations but can not guarantee specific seating. You could see last night how each room is different and without a general description online....guests would arrive and then have to tour the restaurant to "decide" where they would like to seat. On a busy night this is not very efficient. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the visit and that you enjoyed the food & your dining guest.

The cocktails, dinner & service were all top notch. We were only disappointed because I requested the fireplace room. The hostess at the front desk was just a little abrupt to tell me she had no room when we arrived.

We LOVE Cuistot, the restaurant is beautiful, feels like a Ski Lodge, very warm and inviting. In the warmer months, the patio is delightful. The food is outstanding, the stuffed Quail is one of my favorites, and we always start with the Goat Cheese Stuffed Anaheim Chili - it is delicious! They are known for the mushroom soup, which is fabulous. My husband said the Carrot Soup is now one of his favorites. Cuistot service, food and overall experience is always consistently delicious, enjoyable and service is bar none! We requested Adriana as our server, as she is super attentive, knowledgeable about all the menu items including the wines, and she is just so charming and sweet. The front of the house is run by Michael Shimer who many may know as he has been in the Coachella Valley restaurant business a long time - Michael is always welcoming and we always enjoy catching up. The bar is also great for casual dining and has its own menu, however you can get the regular menu in the bar as well. This is not just a special occasion dining, pricing is in line with other restaurants, and reasonable wine list as well.
