Higher Ground is a bistro and bar located in Manchester city centre that focuses on seasonality within the North-West using produce sourced from local suppliers and producers. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday at dinnertime and Friday and Saturday lunchtime. At lunch a £38pp seasonal sharing menu is offered alongside an à la carte menu.
