Mona Pasta Bar Dinner dishes highlight the marriage of Italian techniques with Southern California ingredients including Pesce Crudo with citrus cured hamachi, kosho beet vinaigrette and hazelnuts, Burrata & Tomato with burrata pugliese, heirloom tomato, pine nuts, pesto and squash blossom, Casarecce with lamb sausage and rapini, Lumache - alla vodka, and a Whole Branzino with caramelized fennel. The menu is designed for snacking over a glass of wine, sharing with friends and/or enjoying a more coursed out dining experience. Pasta, a focal point of the offerings, will all be made in-house.The wine list is focused on fun, daring, low-intervention, natural wines to accentuate and complement the food. The primarily Italian focused list with opening selections from Sicily to Puglia will be rotating based on seasonality and availability.
Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen. The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.
V Wine Room is a wine bar that first opened its doors in February 2013 and it immediately became a loved, neighborhood bar, and a sanctuary within the heart of West Hollywood.V stocks a significant number of wines from small, California producers, as well as a variety of lovely wines from all over the world. Our team will make sure you find a wine that you love. In addition to wine, we serve cheese and charcuterie boards and sushi from our neighboring restaurant, Jinpachi.The “V” shape of our bar helps create natural connections between our guests, so it’s common to make new friends when you’re here.
