L'établissement AKASHA est un restaurant/bar/café proposant une cuisine américaine nouvelle avec de la nourriture réconfortante aux grandes saveurs et aux ingrédients durables, aussi bien pour les carnivores que pour les herbivores. La chef traiteur Akasha Richmond apporte sa vision culinaire dans son propre restaurant de quartier occupant le bâtiment d'époque Hull dans le centre-ville de Culver City. V Wine Room is a wine bar that first opened its doors in February 2013 and it immediately became a loved, neighborhood bar, and a sanctuary within the heart of West Hollywood.V stocks a significant number of wines from small, California producers, as well as a variety of lovely wines from all over the world. Our team will make sure you find a wine that you love. In addition to wine, we serve cheese and charcuterie boards and sushi from our neighboring restaurant, Jinpachi.The “V” shape of our bar helps create natural connections between our guests, so it’s common to make new friends when you’re here. It is, first and foremost, a restaurant for the community that surrounds it, and a loving expression of the relentless research that has informed his cooking for the last ten years.We offer the full menu at tables in our dining room and at the chef's counter, as well as at our outdoor tables. Reservations are recommended but we make every effort to accommodate walk-ins when possible. Dunsmoor's wine bar, accessible either through the restaurant or via its own door on Ave 35, does not accept reservations and serves a limited menu of our raw and larder items.
