Le groupe Francesca’ s Restaurant a été fondé en 1992 par le restaurateur Scott Harris. Tout a commencé dans un petit restaurant italien situé sur North Clark Street à Chicago, puis le savoir-faire s’est développé sur trois concepts de restaurant situés dans 33 emplacements à travers quatre états.
