Our team will make sure you find a wine that you love. In addition to wine, we serve cheese and charcuterie boards and sushi from our neighboring restaurant, Jinpachi.The “V” shape of our bar helps create natural connections between our guests, so it’s common to make new friends when you’re here. Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen. The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

It began with a love for wine –– doesn’t it always? Frequenting wine shops throughout California and the world, we learned a thing or two (and consumed our fair share of glasses). We learned which wines could coax out our dancing shoes on the weekend and which ones were the perfect wind-down to a busy schedule. We learned about grape varietals, flavor profiles, and that back-of-the-nose taste that precedes the perfect sip. So, what’d we do with this love of wine? We decided to open up a quality wine shop right in our neighborhood. When you’re here, you’re part of our community of wine lovers, experts, and novices in pursuit of the perfect pour. Brentwood Fine Wines is a place to gather, laugh, learn, and enjoy a glass-half-full point of view.
