Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen. The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

Ce restaurant est le meilleur que nous ayons fait depuis notre arrivée à Los Angeles! Nous avons pris le Ceviche de Saint Jacques et les huîtres en entrée, c’était divin, extrêmement fin. Puis nous avons pris les spaghettis aux oursins, à nouveau c’était extrêmement fin! Mes enfants ont pris le porc et le risotto et elles se sont régalées! Un grand BRAVO! Le service était parfait et notre serveur de très bon conseil. Le vin était également très bien.
