In 2012 the restaurant was born as IN PARMA and transformed with a new attractive look into VIA EMILIA in 2023 to offer the popular signature dish Gnocco Fritto also in Central London. The Remedy is an independent wine bar and restaurant opened in November 2013 located in Fitzrovia just five minutes walk from Regents Park. We serve Italian inspired small plates paired with an ever changing wine list. We wanted to create a cozy and relaxed place, where people could discover great food and beautiful wine. And so The Remedy was born!The food menu is a mix of traditional dishes and flavours, mainly from our beloved Italy and with respect of seasonality.
