In 2012 the restaurant was born as IN PARMA and transformed with a new attractive look into VIA EMILIA in 2023 to offer the popular signature dish Gnocco Fritto also in Central London. We search out characterful wines for our wine list and work with a small number of suppliers who source well-made, honest natural and biodynamic wines from producers whose wine-making practices are carried out with love and care.
