At Edelsatt the focus is squarely on the venison. The unique concept developed by the owners uses source animals that have lived in local forests and pasture land where they feed naturally. The resulting burgers at Edelsatt have a natural smoky-spicy flavor enhanced by a variety of buns and toppings. The Champion burger includes bacon and mint horseradish. The Edel Satt burger features caramelized onion and cranberries.
In addition to gourmet burgers, the chefs at Edelsatt have also created a selection of salads and meatless burgers for the less carnivorous guest. A list of fine wines is also available.
