Our server Sean was fantastic and had an excellent knowledge of the food prepared and the drink menu. For the food you have two options, you can either do Al A Carte or go with the chef curated picks, which is a five course meal. We went with the latter as we weren’t very familiar with Vietnamese cuisine.
