Mexico Lindo is one of the oldest Mexican restaurants in New York City. The family owned and operated establishment opened its doors in May of 1972. The dishes at Mexico Lindo are local, seasonal and inspired by the home-cooked meals one would eat growing up outside of Mexico City. Try one of the restaurant’s signature house specials, which include mole poblano, shrimp enchiladas, grilled steak tacos. In the summer, Mexico Lindo celebrates the zucchini squash blossoms with a handmade corn masa quesadilla & bicolor corn esquites.
