Situé dans une ancienne maison verte près du parc londonien Wandsworth Common, le Bellevue Rendez-vous est un petit bijou qui sert une cuisine française pour le plus grand plaisir des londoniens. Tout est cuit sur place et les plats suivent naturellement les saisons. Vous ferez votre choix "à la carte" ou vous opterez pour le menu "Table d'hôte" ou bien vous jetterez votre dévolu sur les plats du jour toujours tentants. Récemment repris par les personnes qui ont créé GAZETTE, le Bellevue promet de devenir une table courue par les gourmets de Londres. En regardant dans la direction du terrain de cricket, le parc Wandsworth Common prend des allures de village et la décoration de cet établissement reflète son histoire : de la lumière, de la verdure, des murs lambrissés et de charmants bibelots à l'esprit campagnard français, le tout sous un ancien plafond en fer forgé et verre. Avec sa confortable terrasse, le Bellevue est également le lieu idéal pour les amateurs de soupers en plein air. Les prix y sont étonnamment raisonnables. Vous ne pourrez donc pas refuser un fondant au chocolat pour le dessert ni échapper aux belles histoires sur les fromages des «terroirs» français.

Having spent years supplying London’s top restaurants through their separate wine businesses, Joe Haynes and Benedict Butterworth have joined forces with Tom Hurst, who has worked at Brawn, The Marksman, Levan, and most recently as Head Chef at Lasdun, to launch the trio’s first restaurant together.Located in a Grade II listed building on Cloth Fair, Cloth Restaurant is part of a historic row of buildings in the City of London that survived the Great Fire of 1666. Down this atmospheric alley opposite St Bartholomew church, Cloth is taking over a double fronted corner site that’s beneath the former home of poet John Betjeman and next door to the two oldest residential buildings in London. Inside, low ceilings, wood floorboards with antique wall lights and artwork create a cosy, intimate atmosphere, while marble tables, long dark wood banquettes, antique crockery and cutlery will create the feel of a classic bistro.
