This ancient listed building pre-dates the Great Fire of 1666 and is the oldest wine house in the City. Its origins were as a Merchants house and it is believed that smugglers used the old tunnel to the river from the cellars. Step inside and you will get a sense of our long established history combined with a continually evolving offer of well sourced wines shipped from around the world and small plates menu.
