Forte European Tapas Bar & Bistro features craft cocktails alongside delicious small plates from Spain, France, Greece, Germany and the U.K. This restaurant takes all of the best comfort foods from around Europe and puts them under one roof. In that spirit, the bar is equally as inclusive, having wines from all over the continent, sangria, craft beer multiple countries and various specialty cocktails that became famous all over Europe.
Forte's menu is centered around tapas, small plates that are meant to be ordered in bulk and shared. Some of the most popular of these offerings include the marcona almond stuffed dates, mixed Spanish olives, chorizo simmered in red wine, truffle mashed potatoes and french fries covered in beef stroganoff. Forte also has a section of its menu dedicated to specialty flatbreads like the margarita and black truffle caviar.
