感覺今天的串燒的部分熟度沒有前兩次來訪拿捏的那麼好。都有的稍微過熟了點。以前有名的7份熟烤雞柳，不曉得是否因為食材的關係，今天吃到是全熟且有點柴。其他烤物也是烤到邊緣都有燒焦情況。白燒鰻的皮雖然酥脆，但有點厚後到咬斷困難。都懷疑是否換師傅了。
