Located within the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center, Spencer's proudly serves USDA prime beef, locally raised poultry, and pork. In partnership with local farmers, the seasonal menu offers responsibly fished and sustainably farmed produce, seafood, and meat. At the bar, you will find handcrafted beer and cocktails created from local spirits in addition to an extensive wine list. Featured wines include selections from Napa, Sonoma, and the Pacific Northwest.
