Le Chop House propose le meilleur de la viande bovine britannique, dépecée et vieillie à sec sur place et cuite sur la flamme nue d'un gril à charbon. La viande est dépecée sur place et vieillie à sec pendant 90 jours afin de lui ajouter de la saveur et d'augmenter sa tendreté. Le bœuf est par la suite cuit sur la flamme nue d'un gril à charbon, spécialement conçu pour donner une saveur subtile de fumée. Cette fantastique cuisine s'agrémente d'une carte des vins du monde entier et d'une sélection de cocktails exceptionnels. We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. West coast Mussels are delivered fresh daily by "Sea Mcgee". Our venison comes from wild Perthshire deer, lamb from the Scottish Borders. Artisan and farmhouse British cheeses are supplied by renowned Edinburgh cheesemonger, Iain Mellis and dairy produce from Fife Creamery. We take pride to cook everything fresh in our own kitchen daily. We have outside seating arrangements for walk-Ins only.
