Le Tiburon ne vous propose pas moins qu’une cuisine américaine contemporaine, récompensée à maintes reprises. Au menu, filet de boeuf poelé avec son foie gras et sa sauce madère, thon en croûte au sésame noir avec son miel et ses carottes marinées au soja, cake aux crabes, qui est régulièrement répertorié comme le meilleur de l’état, salades qui ravissent tout le voisinage, et bien d’autres encore.
