Our signature restaurant specializes in modern American dishes with a New England flourish, including lobster stew, bison, lobster stuffed with Maine crab meat, scallops and shrimp and Chef’s daily specials. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and we also offer an extensive collection of regional and international wines. Our desserts and ice cream are made in house and change seasonally.
