Le Soul Cafe offre un menu moderne du sud-ouest américain fait à partir d'ingrédients régionaux. Le Soul vous accueille pour le déjeuner et a un menu du jour pour le dîner. Le menu est composé de plats maison que le chef prépare sur commande. Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 14h le dimanche.
