The only small suggestion I have would be to adjust the ambiance slightly. While the setting is cozy and inviting, dimming the lights just a bit more and adding sconce table lamps would enhance the atmosphere, creating a more intimate, romantic dining experience that would pair perfectly with their exceptional cuisine. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Italian food and exceptional service. The food selection at Mimmo’s Italian Village was outstanding! We ordered a Pastrami sandwich and the Fettuccine with clams and don’t forget the cheese bread! All was wonderful and made our last meal in San Diego before our flight a very memorable one.

Visiting from LA and happened to dine in this restaurant in Little Italy. After enjoying our food I kept thinking why don’t we have this in LA. The food was great and the service was superb.
