Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. We celebrated our anniversary here during a Ravens-Steelers game, which made the atmosphere lively and vibrant despite the extra noise. Our reservation was found immediately, and we were warmly wished a Happy Anniversary before being seated in a booth as requested. Our server was exceptional—friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He expertly guided us through the menu, and his recommendations were spot on. The appetizer was exactly as described and delicious. Both entrees were cooked to perfection, and the Crème Brûlée dessert was not only perfect but also generously portioned. The cocktails were excellent with solid pours. Overall, I'm very impressed with what the Clyde's group has achieved here and look forward to seeing this concept expand in the future. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised! Food was very good and so were the drinks. Didn’t have to wait to be seated and service was nice.
