The Seafood Bar is located in the heart of Soho, London. We are a modern seafood restaurant that offers a wide range of the freshest seafood. It's our dream to provide our guests incredible seafood, and we're living that dream. The owner, Fons de Visscher was a respected fishmonger for 27 years in Helmond; a small city in the Netherlands, when he decided to start a new adventure. Driven by his passion for fish and great wines Fons created The Seafood Bar. The first restaurant opened its doors in 2012 in the Netherlands and now in 2021 we have opened our doors in London.From our fresh day boat Fish, Lobster's, Crab's, Oyster's to our larger than life seafood platters, all our food is sourced sustainably. We have immense respect for our environment, and do everything we can to sustain it.

Dans le passé, Josef Sheekey faisait les marchés avec son stand de fruits de mer avant d'ouvrir un bar à huîtres sur St Martin's Court en 1896. Le restaurant a été rénové en 1998 pour renouer avec son glorieux passé, ses quatre chambres communicantes décorées avec des portraits originaux d'acteurs du 20ème siècle qui reflètent son rôle central dans le monde du théâtre.
