Our first time back since the re-opening and it was lovely to be back and to enjoy such wonderful seafood

We were greeted by front of house courteously and seated with an enviable view overlooking the market square. The service was faultless and the food was exampler, my wife and I were celebrating 25 years of marriage and the experience and ambience made our day. We shall return and I'd like to extend our gratitude to the Team for making our experience truly memorable.

A lovely Valentines Day lunch. Very,very good service as always. Table with a great view over the marshes. No Bacardi stocked so my wife chose water. The Brancaster Brewery Oystercatcher was a lovely brew! We had oysters first then mussels then a pud. Oysters good but not as big or well presented as previous visits to be rated excellent. Mussels were also good but not excellent. Good quantity and fries kindly substituted for focaccia but size and cookedness (?) of the mussels varied. Excellent effort for a busy Valentines Day lunch service!!! Local real ale at £5/pint and a service charge of 10% seemed very reasonable indeed.

Recommended for all foodies, not just the beers that are exquisitely unique, but the food is too!

Lunch with a friend. Selected small plates, appropriate for small appetites. Well presented, freshly cooked. All very tasty. (Clams, squid & wild mushroom croquette). Staff friendly & informative. Will return.
