The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We hadn't been to this pub for about 3 years. It was really quiet last time we went. It really local to two of my friends who work for the nhs. We were thinking we would have a relaxing night out. It's changed so much. I loved it so buzzing and great music. I loved my choice of food. One of my friends is a veggie and didn't like the veggie burger. A bit of a strange colour. The kitchen was closing or nearly closed when we were ordering our dessert. but they did do us a pudding but my other friend had a stone cold custard with her pudding again I lucked out with my choice. The security staff were really friendly.
