Because San Matteo Pizzeria e Cucina is open until 11 p.m., it is a suitable place for late-night meals with family or friends. At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
Patsy's Pizzeria is a longstanding New York pizza parlor located in the Midtown East neighborhood of the city. As of 2008, Patsy's Pizzeria celebrated 75 years in the same location. This longevity can be attributed to the fact that Patsy's consistently makes tasty pizza with impeccable service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.While there is more to the menu than just pizza (Patsy's also serves many classic Italian dishes), guests would be missing out if they didn't order one of the well-known pies. Guests rave about the classic margherita pizza with its traditional thin crust, tomato, mozzarella and basil. Other favorites include the bolognese with meat sauce and Patsy's pizza alla vodka, which is topped with a creamy house vodka sauce.

The pizza here is rectangular and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy, cheesy crust.
