Our dough is rested between 36 and 72 hours, making the pizza easy to digest with a delectably crispy texture alla romana.The bar at Maybe Frank is our little secret. We are focused on aperitivo and digestive cocktails. Our list is constantly changing according to seasonality and provenance. Always using the freshest ingredients, and peculiar Italian liquor that we can find on the market. Spawned out of crazy and strange times in 2020, we share with you the food that makes us smile and we hope it makes you smile also. Filante Woodfire Pizzeria has finally come to fruition in April 2020, after a small group of food-lovers embarked on a journey to create the best tasting pizza outside of Italy. At Filante, Italian for ‘stringy melted cheese’, we are determined in delivering the best pizza to your door. We favour the Romana-style of pizza making but with a modern twist. All our pizza bases and mozzarella cheese are made fresh in-house and cooked in our woodfire ovens. We use the highest quality produce and ingredients from a combination of imported and local goods. We accept orders online, in-store or by phone, for pickup and delivery. Our headquarters are located in Botany, NSW.

We love going here. It’s a great neighbourhood restaurant with excellent pizza a super fun vibe. Perfect for a date night - but also great with our two small boys and grandparents.

Everything was great. Only negative was Sticky date pudding had no ice cream or cream to go with the butterscotch sauce so had to order it separately and was charged $6.00 for one scoop. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.
