Pizzeria Mannino’s was founded back in 2015 by the very talented Vito Mannino. Pizzeria Mannino’s most talked about item is their pizza made from a brick oven imported straight from Italy. Their pizza dough is made with a small amount of gluten, which makes it safe for people with gluten allergies, and is aged for 72 hours to create premium amounts of hydration. Their pizza cooks around 800-900 degrees for about 90 seconds and comes out very light and crispy. Every item on the menu at Pizzeria Mannino’s is made with quality ingredients. Food was delicious- reasonably priced and beautifully presented. Make sure you’re up for unique and inventive uses of ingredients like little tiny charred pearls of eggplant on the eggplant filled pasta. Pizza crust chewy, airy and delicious. Desserts to die for.

Delicious pizza and wonderful salads with excellent staff and service! We expected greatness after having enjoyed Vetri's many wonderful venues over many years. But when we saw that it was an open "food court" setting, we were a bit skeptical. It's far from the original Vetri, but the only serious lack is the physical setting. The quality is exactly what we expected - it's tops. Like any fine restaurant, the kitchen is very accommodating. My wife doesn't like cheese, so they made her a chopped salad without the cheese, and it was a really fine salad! Her margherita was an excellent pizza, and my eggplant pizza was even better (or at least I think so...) It's worth a trip into town - despite the pedestrian setting, Salvy is destination dining!
