Specialties DiFranco's Restaurant in Connecticut is the only outside dining place in The center of Litchfield. We have delicious Pizza as well as other Italian favorites like Chicken Parmigiana and Veal Francaise. Our prices are competitive and cheapest in the Center of Litchfield. History Established in 2013. We just opened in April of 2013. We used to be at 19 West Street, but after this opportunity arose we moved down to 51 West Street in LItchfield Connecticut. Now we have the only outside dining place in the Litchfield and it is perfect for summer fun.
