Chef Yudiming Puche has created a gastronomic experience incorporating flavors, aromas and textures from her beautiful Latin American culture. Her side table Salmón Ahumado and "Los Datiles" are only two of her signature dishes that are a must when you visit Pilon Miami. Handcrafted cocktails by Marvin Vasquez, who has more then 30 years in the hospitality industry, also capture the Latin American Fusion spirit that the venue offers.
