Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. One of the best pizzas in London. Only one suggestion to share: Please don’t put too much fresh chilly pepper on top. I think it’s not needed as the flavour are already exceptional

We booked for 9 of us for a celebration of a successful business event. They were lovely letting us change our reservation time without much notice. The staff were amazing and brought a special tiramisu with a candle for my daughter. The pizza was outstanding, some of the best we have ever had. Lots of choice with Christmas specials too. It was fabulous value for money too for a large family celebration. I am just sad they don’t have one where I live in York! Fancy a move north guys?!?!

We enjoyed a wonderful family celebration meal for our son’s 18th birthday! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented and the service was attentive but not intrusive. Received a complimentary dessert as it was our son’s birthday and we also got 20% off the bill as it was a Friday night deal! Would highly recommend Hot Rocks. We will definitely be return customers!
