Our founder and head pizza maker Jeremy Hube is hands-on in the restaurant and can be seen working our wood-fired oven (alongside the ever-reliable and talented Simon and Roman). We curate a wine list that is regionally appropriate and the good word on the street is that we make a mean sourdough (a side hustle we perfected in the Pandemic).
