Toutes ses connaissances culinaires ont été mises à contribution pour créer ce concept étonnant au cœur de Petts Wood. Le menu comprend des plats émanant de ses voyages méditerranéens et de sa formation européenne moderne. L'Aqua sert de la viande, du gibier et du poisson dont l'origine est soigneusement contrôlée. Vous dégusterez des produits de qualité, savoureux, cuits à la perfection et joliment présentés. La viande de bœuf est britannique et vieillie pendant 28 jours.
