Angelos has changed over 25 years when I first went their . The time of day mid week the place was 90% setup for a function so it didn’t have the feel of being in cosy restaurant like it used to be. However if the place was fitted out for normal seating then it would have a different atmosphere. I guess I just turned up on the wrong day. Definitely is a great place to hold a function but the room is not separated between function and normal dining.

We had an amazing experience at Marrow & Co. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection and was full of flavour. Every entrée we tried had such a unique and incredible taste. On top of that, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly patient and attentive, making us feel so welcome. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Nice ambience, set menu delicious and meals came out quickly, DJ was great - music was at a good volume so as to not drown conversations. Only took one star off as drink took a long time to arrive at table. Other than that, a great evening out.

Delicious food with a back area for patrons bringing their furry friend! Highlights were the beef and chorizo croquettes, pasta and sides! Street parking available but can get busy. Definitely will be back again!

This was our first time and it was absolutely amazing the staff were friendly and attentive their customer service was top tier as was the food and atmosphere, we would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful meal to enjoy the Barrel room
