Darya Restaurant has been serving the Santa Ana, California area with authentic Persian gourmet dining for more than 20 year years. The restaurant features an elegant d�cor with a private mezzanine room, lit chandeliers and formal stairway.

The restaurant offers an extensive menu of appetizers, beef, lamb, chicken, soups and salads, Persian rice with meat, Persian stew, seafood, combination platters and vegetarian plates. Popular selections at Darya Restaurant include albaloo polo, koobideh with lubia polo, chelo kabob, chicken with bones, filet mignon, lamb kabob and tadig special Persian rice.
We longed for a community built around a table with good food, but Anaheim lacked authentic and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. We took it on ourselves to create the space and food we craved. Together with friends and family, we hand-built a restaurant that felt Mediterranean in every way, from the murals of the Aleppo Citadel to the menu filled with warm spices and colorful vegetables. Our menu is still built on the original recipes and techniques passed down by our grandparents. We only use high-quality and fresh ingredients, because we want to represent our cuisine well.
Le Rosine's Mediterranean Grill est un petit restaurant méditerranéen, à la gestion familiale, qui propose l'assortiment complet des plats méditerranéens et du Moyen-Orient, concoctés chaque jour par la cheffe et propriétaire Rosine Najarian. Les vins du Moyen-Orient sont particulièrement mis en évidence avec 40 étiquettes millésimées du Château Musar et 40 vins au verre, dont certains rares et millésimés.
