In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. The experience we had at Mazal was exceptional. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious and authentic—we felt like we were back in Israel. Standouts included the pita, mezze, beets, eggplant & Falafel main, and the homemade baklava and halva. We wish we lived in LA and could make this our new neighborhood haunt.

My only critique is the noise level of the music was so loud it was hard to hear the person I was with across the table. But the service, the food, and the ambience were wonderful other than that.

The limonade was really overpriced 15$ so it was a surprise for us especially when you took 2 of them… more than an appetizer
