When Simon Schneitter founded The Homestead in 1886, he established a tradition of warm hospitality and friendly service. We are proud to carry on that tradition which is reflected in a staple for guests dining in Midway Utah. All meals are prepared with fresh, local ingredients by Simon’s executive staff and team.Simon’s restaurant is located just off the lobby at Homestead Resort and is rich in mountain-style ambiance.
We are a high-quality barbecue in an ultra-relaxed setting, situated near a picturesque golf course. If that’s not the recipe for a good time, we don’t know what is. Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are temporarily closed while we prepare for the upcoming season. Please join us this December to experience Executive Chef Senthil's new winter menus. We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

Daly’s Pub & Rec is Montage Deer Valley's interpretation of a "Social House" style of dining and entertainment where families come together to bowl, play games, watch a sporting event or simply enjoy a phenomenal meal together. The space features four bowling lanes, an arcade, shuffle board, Sony PlayStations, and multiple large screen TVs. The menu offers a delightful array of small plates, shareables as well as gourmet pizzas from our specialty oven, specialty sandwiches and classics such as mac & cheese, wings and nachos.
