Los sabores de México con el encanto del mediterráneo. Un cálido y acogedor restaurante, inmerso entre fuentes y exuberante vegetación. Desde muy temprano, a las 7:50 de la mañana, abre sus puertas con bebidas de café de especialidad y deliciosas piezas de pan recién horneado. Por las mañanas, un menú de desayuno con propuestas muy originales, mexicanas con un toque mediterráneo. Sus famosos huevos del mercado, los chilaquiles Caserol con chicharrón prensado o el french dip baguette, son imperdibles. Por las tardes y noches, el menú es muy variado, en el que destacan platillos como la crema de jitomates rostizados servida en pan campesino, su deliciosa sopa de cebolla con queso brie y hojaldre, la ensalada santorini, el fusilli al pesto creomo y platos fuertes como la tapa braseada (picaña horneada por 12 horas!). Bruna, was born in 2015 under the premise of creating a place in the city that is a contribution to the gastronomic scene of Guadalajara. It is based on the flavors of grandmother and the street, fused with contemporary techniques, ingredients and recipes to create a feast for the senses.
