Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan.
