En une visite, vous comprendrez pourquoi vous devrez absolument vous arrêter au 35 Brix, le petit nouveau du quartier. Le restaurant propose une carte des vins bien distincte, où chaque cru s'est vu attribuer + 90 points, des cocktails fantastiques, dont « Le Brix 35 » et les meilleures bières pression artisanales. Le menu se compose de steaks coupés à la main, de pâtes faites maison, de plats de poulet et de fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des mets servis le soir par le chef Brooke. Vous pourrez dîner dans la salle à manger ou au pub où vous pourrez regarder votre équipe de sport favorite. L'happy hour est organisé 3 à 6 jours par semaine au pub. La salle à manger privée peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes et peut être réservée pour des occasions spéciales ou des réunions.
