The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints andsurrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their dailyfishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, andgreen beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic andbiodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some ofMexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classiccocktails from warm climates
