The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply. Babylon Rooftop accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Share style group menus may apply over peak periods. The rooftop offers our meze menu only, if you wish to dine on the restaurant menus, they are only available in our Restaurant. Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through the "Babylon RESTAURANT" open table.Additionally, we take bookings of all party sizes for our Limoncello Brunch every Saturday and Sunday with arrival times of 12pm, 1pm or 2pm. Our Brunch reservations are $79pp for 2 hours of bottomless Limoncello and chefs meze. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at all times across the whole venue.

    Perfectly presented authentic traditional Lebanese food, arak & coffee, with some enhancing modern twists. Staff are friendly & competent, even guessing which dessert we would like. Lovely peaceful setting at Walsh Bay. So easy to lose track of time & run the risk of being late for a performance (several theatres nearby). Would have preferred that the background music be traditional & that the table light not be an electric imitation candle. Have been several times & will be returning. Thank you, Tony!

    Nice ambience, set menu delicious and meals came out quickly, DJ was great - music was at a good volume so as to not drown conversations. Only took one star off as drink took a long time to arrive at table. Other than that, a great evening out.

    A high class feel in the heart of Merrylands. The food is so delectable and aesthetic food, you really won’t be disappointed. The staff are so hospitable and are ready to assist with anything. The bar is pretty amazing as well. Highly recommend!

    The atmosphere was warm and inviting! incredible staff who were attentive and helped select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. will surely visit again!
